        Fresh Noodles |

            Rose Brand fresh noodles are manufactured to suit the needs of all customers.  Made from quality ingredients, Rose Brand noodles come in a variety of styles and sizes.  Because these noodles are packaged fresh, cooking is relatively quick at one and a half minutes.  Our fresh noodles are very versatile pastas as it can be used for soup noodles or stir-fried.   Once again, it is up to the imagination of the chef in the preparation of the noodles. 
        
        Udon (Shanghai Chow Mein Noodle):
            1/8" wide and 1/16" thick, less than 10% egg content, this is a Japanese "Udon" style noodle.  They are sometimes called "Shanghai" chow mein noodles.  They are a thicker and softer textured noodle. 
        Pan-Fry:
            1/16" in width, 10% egg content, a high-strength noodle with lots of body.  Used for soup noodles, or boiled, drained and stir-fried for Chinese Style chow mein or Japanese yaki-soba. 
        Fresh Egg Noodles:
            1/16" in width, slightly larger in thickness, 75% egg content, full flavor, strong in body.  Excellent for soups and stir-fry dishes.
